We do not ask for your website passwords or private account access to use the free guides, and you should never enter passwords in our forms.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and, if you ask for help, to follow up about your request.
  • To improve our guides and the help we offer.

Automated processing (AI)

We may use an automated assistant to help summarize your request internally and suggest which guide or next step fits best. Any such summary is for our own triage and does not make decisions about you beyond routing your request. The assistant is not given your passwords and does not provide server-level instructions.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We may use trusted service providers (for example, email or hosting) to operate the site. If we suggest a freelancer marketplace, that's an external site with its own policies — review theirs before sharing information there.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to help you and for our reasonable business records, then delete or anonymize it.
